Join Steph for a 2hr ‘Balance Basics Workshop’ on Saturday, 17th Feb || 10.30am – 12.30pm
The Balanced Basics workshop, taken by Steph, will teach you the philosophy of balancing while learning basic anatomy in each posture. You will learn how to activate the correct core muscles which will enable you to hold, or get into, the balancing pose with ease. You’ll spend time reflecting on the Ashtanga Yoga Tristana Method and understand how it incorporates breath, posture and drishti.
Yoga for Blokes-Specialty Class

We know, a yoga studio full of ‘chicks in lycra’ can be a little intimidating so we want you to feel welcomed, relaxed while learning yoga. This class, taught by Iain, is a straight talking direct approach on how to move your body. You’ll learn how to stretch those muscles you’ve always wanted to stretch but have never known how. By stretching and becoming more aware of your own body you will immediately feel the benefits in the other areas of your life, be it exercise or simply sitting more comfortably at your work desk!

Charity Nutrition Talk
Join Lexi on this very special ‘Nutrition Talk’ on Thursday 30th Nov at 5.15pm.
Lexi will share her experience and knowledge on food and how to use Nutrition to look after ourselves in this short, relax sharing circle. Lexi has a wealth of knowledge in this area, as she is in her final year of Nutrition and Dietetic Medicine and is a hands on consultant for eating disorders, which is very close to her heart.

Paula will be taking taking two, 2.5hr ‘Beginners Workshop’ in Jan 2018! It’s time to lock in your 2018 New Year Resolution!!
Sunday 7th Jan, 10:30am – 1pm AND Saturday 13th Jan, 10:30am – 1pm
Our 2.5hr Beginners Workshop Package is a great way to kick start your yoga practice, build confidence and get your body moving. This workshop is in a supportive, relaxed learning environment to allow you to build your confidence slowly and safely, while learning yoga!
For $119 you receive:
- 2.5hr Beginners Workshop
- 3 yoga classes (valued at $60)
- A starter yoga mat (valued at $35)
In the 2.5hours, Paula will teach you the basics of yoga, with the intention to give you the confidence to attend any Yoga class. You will learn the most common positions, including;
- Warrior Standing Positions
- Sun Salute
- Back Bends
The workshop is in a supportive, safe environment to try new exercises and see if you are up for positions you may have thought you never could do. We purposely limit this workshop to 10 people. This means there’s plenty of opportunity to ask questions, receive personal attention, get feedback and learn more about yoga and how it feels in your body.

The benefits of Yoga for mums, parents or anyone caring for a baby or child are enormous. In general, Yoga can help with stress, anxiety and improving your overall sense of wellbeing and calm.
But when it comes to Mums, it’s like these benefits are explosive in their power to help, those early days with a newborn, those tough days with a toddler, or those tiring days when we haven’t had much sleep (does that ever stop!?) Yoga helps with us to deal with those days. To take the edge off the overwhelm or the enormity of the task at hand on those days. Yoga helps through sneakily teaching us to breath, to smile, to laugh, to slow down, in advance, in the studio or at home, so that when those big days hit us, the techniques are already inside us and the benefit kicks in.

The fascia is a densely woven fabric of connective tissue within our bodies that holds us together. It wraps around every muscle, tendon, ligament, bone and organ. When the fascia becomes tight it can inhibit movement and cause pain.
