Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep is the stage you are in between sleeping and waking. Yoga Nidra is the deepest possible state of Relaxation. As even when you sleep your sub conscience tries to tell you something through dreaming, but when you are in Yoga Nidra, your mind is calm, your body is completely relaxed but your senses are still operating.
Yoga Nidra can help with stress and anxiety, chest pain and abdominal pain. it is your conscious awareness of the deep sleep state, referred to as ‘Prajna’.

Sun Salute A (Surya Namaskar A) is a regular flow that you’ll find in almost every Yoga class. The purpose of the sun salute is to warm your body up, and we typically move through it quite quickly in class. And we know that each teacher says different things and everyone around you is doing different things – we get it – it can be confusing!
Healthy Hips – Hip Mobility, Stability & Functionality Workshop
Activities and Stresses of our daily lives can cause our hips to lose their mobility and functionality, which can lead to problems throughout the entire body. Our emotional state also depends on the health of our nervous systems ability to send signals from the brain to the hips and through the spine.
By taking regular care of our hips we not only maintain the physical benefits but the emotional stability also. Leaving you feeling stronger and healthier each day and allowing your physical & mental health to flourish.
Yoga For Mums – How Helpful is it REALLY!??
The benefits of Yoga for mums, parents or anyone caring for a baby or child are enormous. In general, Yoga can help with stress, anxiety and improving your overall sense of wellbeing and calm.
But when it comes to Mums, it’s like these benefits are explosive in their power to help, those early days with a newborn, those tough days with a toddler, or those tiring days when we haven’t had much sleep (does that ever stop!?) Yoga helps with us to deal with those days. To take the edge off the overwhelm or the enormity of the task at hand on those days. Yoga helps through sneakily teaching us to breath, to smile, to laugh, to slow down, in advance, in the studio or at home, so that when those big days hit us, the techniques are already inside us and the benefit kicks in.

Roll~Release~Restore! A fascia release workshop.
TIGHT – TENSE – STRESSED ?
Join Hannah for a 1.5hr Roll ~ Release ~ Restore, fascia release and tennis ball self massage workshop. Leaving you feeling restored both physically and mentally!
The fascia is a densely woven fabric of connective tissue within our bodies that holds us together. It wraps around every muscle, tendon, ligament, bone and organ. When the fascia becomes tight it can inhibit movement and cause pain.
Bring Your Toddler Yoga Class (Approx 1-3yrs)
**** TODDLER-FRIENDLY YOGA CLASS!
This is a gentle Yoga Flow class for anyone caring for a walking baby-toddler.
This class provides an option for anyone with an ‘active or moving’ little person….. So this is like a Mums & Bubs Class.. but with slightly older babies/toddlers. So this is suitable for Mums, Dads, Nannies, Carers etc. Friends and family are also welcome.
LIFT FLOAT FLY An Inversion Workshop with a difference!
This inversion workshop will build on the foundations of your Yoga Flow or Hour of Power classes that you are regularly attending.
The aim of this workshop is to learn to flow & fly including jumping into hand balancing positions and jumping into handstand and inversion holds. Steph will break down the practical technical steps to be able to do this, including truly activating your core, anatomical requirements to hold the balance plus the softer skills of listening to your intuition and body and building your confidence. There will be a heavy focus on alignment and gaze, essential to improving your balance and enabling you to fly in positions such as Crane, Eight Angle pose, Firefly, Eka Pada Koundinyasana II (this one is a bit hard to translate to english!!!!) You’ll also work on tuck jumps into handstand and variations of handstands such as split leg handstands and forum balances.
