Want to get into yoga? Looking to build your confidence quickly? Then either of these workshop packages are for you! It includes:

• 2.5 hour Beginners Workshop plus
• 3 FREE Yoga Class Passes (value $60) plus
• a FREE Starter Yoga Mat (valued $35!)

The 2.5 hour beginners workshop will teach you the basics of yoga, to get you feeling comfortable and confident to attend any public yoga class!

In this workshop you will learn the most common positions found in most yoga classes, including:
• the Warrior standing positions
• the Sun Salute
• common Back Bends and
• a few Balances
and we’ll play around with some Inversions, so you can try them out and check out if you are ready for anything upside down.

(P.S Don’t worry if you haven’t heard of any of these terms before – we are going to teach it all to you!)

Places at the workshop will be limited to only 10 people, to make sure you can ask lots of questions, get lots of personal attention and feedback, play around and work out what’s best for your unique body and starting point.

This workshop will be a relaxed learning environment, to allow you to build your confidence slowly and safely, while you get to know your body.

We’ll chat lots, have quite a few rests and breaks as well as lots of play time, do some partner work, take photos and whatever else takes our fancy on the day 🙂

Plus you’ll make new friends AND take home a yoga mat and be able to come back to 3 classes of your choice, to be able to put your learnings straight into practice!

Yin-Intro-Pick-for-Website

Tight or Immobile Back, Shoulders, Hamstrings… Body? Then this workshop package is for you! It includes:

• 2 Hour Introduction to Yin Workshop plus
• 3 FREE Yoga Class Passes (value $60!) plus
• a FREE Yoga Block & Yoga Strap (value $35!)

The 2 hour Deep Stretch (Yin Yoga) workshop will teach you the basics of Deep Stretch/Yin, to get you feeling comfortable and confident to attend any public yoga class!

In this workshop you will learn about why Yin Yoga is so important for your bodies Function, Mobility, Flexibility and Strength! We will delve deep into the connective tissue of the body
and we’ll play around with some of the most common Yin positions and work through the props used in most Yin Classes.

We will have plenty if time to chat so we will do some sequencing into specific parts of the body that may need some extra attention to leave you feeling longer and stronger! You will walk away with the confidence to attend any yin class and the confidence to work on stretches at home in between classes too!

We will specifically focus on stretches for ; –

Hips
Shoulders
Hamstrings
Neck
Back

Places at the workshop will be limited to only 12 people, to make sure you can ask lots of questions, get lots of personal attention and feedback, play around and work out what’s best for your unique body and starting point.

This workshop will be a relaxed learning environment, to allow you to build your confidence slowly and safely, while you get to know your body.

We’ll chat lots, have quite a few rests and breaks as well as lots of play time! Plus by the end you will leave feeling stretched out, chilled out and totally relaxed!

This workshop package is a great way to kick start your Yin Yoga journey!
