You are agreeing to pay this in instalments of $1000 Upfront as a Deposit then 5 monthly payments of $690 which will be automatically debited from or charged to your account.  It is your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient funds available in anticipation of each future charge.

The following terms apply to this purchase:

No Refund Policy – This deposit and the payment plan is non-refundable. If you change your mind or withdraw for any reason, you are still obliged to continue to meet your payments, meaning you must complete your payment plan in full and you will not be given a refund of any kind.

The $1000 deposit is charged immediately.  The next step will be to complete an application form. The deposit is only refundable if your application to join our teacher training program, is rejected by Yoga Everyday Pty Ltd. In the unlikely event that you are not accepted into our program, your deposit will be refunded in full.

We want you to be ready when you sign up for this program, so if you are not 100% sure that you want to participate in this program, please do not pay your deposit, please email hello@yogaeveryday.com.au to clarify your questions or discuss your concerns.

Limited Spots – We have limited spots for this program and by paying your deposit, you are securing your spot in this exciting course.

Attendance – You are required to attend all weekends, and participate in every aspect of our program and complete the assessment to qualify for your 250HR Yoga Teacher Training certificate. Please check the dates on our webpage and ensure they suit your calendar before registering for this course.

Class Attendance During Your Teacher Training – You need to complete 60 guided Yoga Classes as part of the program. You can begin these classes at any stage and these need to be completed by graduation.  These Yoga Classes are included in your Teacher Training fee. Once these 60 classes have been completed, you will return to a normal class payment system (membership or class pack) to attend regular classes in the studio.

You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing at all times.  You understand and acknowledge that you are taking part in a physical activity, and that you are responsible for your  own safety and must monitor your own risk of injury.

Yoga Everyday Pty Ltd, it’s employees, teachers, instructors, contractors do not accept any liability or any claim for damages, loss, injury or expenses suffered directly or indirectly and as a student, you acknowledge and agree to this.
