Learn the powerful art of touch as a Yoga Teacher.

In this 11 hour training, for yoga teachers or teacher trainees, you will work through all the major postures and learn how and when to touch your students.

We’ll cover the appropriateness of various touch options as well as using hands-on assists to advance your students practice.

Included in this workshop is a take-home manual and access to pose photos to support your memory and reflection after these workshops.
