In this creative flow class you’ll move in all sorts of different directions and take all your favourite poses to the next level creatively; think bound arm reverse warriors, twisted chairs, and funky flying cranes – there will be plenty of options to upgrade your favourite poses and lots of time for play!
The benefits of funking your flow don’t just stop at the physical. By switching up your regular practice with funky new poses, you’ll step out of flowing from one pose to the next on autopilot and begin to really pay attention to your body. This also means you will tune out the outside world and your own mental chatter and get into a space where you feel incredibly empowered, confident, and at peace.
This specialty class is perfect for yogis who are familiar with the yoga basics – whether you’re looking to change up your routine, challenge your frame of mind, or maybe even rock a cool new pose for an Instagram photo (hey, we’re not judging!), this ‘Funk your Flow’ class is for you!
