**Join our teacher trainees in this Practice Intensive where we will deep dive into inversions.**

Our lovely teacher Carly  will take you on a 90-minute journey, creating space for you to get to know your body as you progress through a range of backbends at a deeper level.

These Practise Intensives are for anyone who would like to advance or deepen their knowledge of yoga. These are suitable for yogis who have been practising for at least 6 months (so not for absolute beginners) or for new yoga teachers who’d like to refresh their knowledge and invest in their own personal practice.
