**Join our teacher trainees in this Practice Intensive where we will deep dive into Sun Salute.**

This workshop will take you through Sun Salutations step by step, breaking down each posture and transition.

These Practise Intensives are for anyone who would like to advance or deepen their knowledge of yoga. These are suitable for yogis who have been practising for at least 6 months (so not for absolute beginners) or for new yoga teachers who’d like to refresh their knowledge and invest in their own personal practice.
