Vinyasa (Flow) means, “to place in a special way.” Each movement is a gradual progression from one to the next. The movement is aligned and linked with the breath so that you move with each inhale and exhale.
Our “Progressive Flow” classes are simply a dynamic version of this flow – to encouraging you to explore the next stage or level of your practice. Encouraging you “to place in a new way” as you explore advancing yourself, your postures, your mind and your self.
Scheduled for yogis who are familiar with the yoga basics, our progressive flow classes will allow you to progress your practice, to dig a little deeper and to move your body in a new way.
Theme: Fearless Backbends
Explore the energising qualities of backbends. Expect all the usual suspects; camel, bow, wheel and king pigeon… with some intermediate/advanced asana challenges along the way in a big heart opening practice ❤
