Vinyasa (Flow) means, “to place in a special way.” Each movement is a gradual progression from one to the next. The movement is aligned and linked with the breath so that you move with each inhale and exhale.
Our “Progressive Flow” classes are simply a dynamic version of this flow – to encouraging you to explore the next stage or level of your practice. Encouraging you “to place in a new way” as you explore advancing yourself, your postures, your mind and your self.
Scheduled for yogis who are familiar with the yoga basics, our progressive flow classes will allow you to progress your practice, to dig a little deeper and to move your body in a new way.
Theme: Stretch & Strengthen
A flow class that focuses on a dynamic vinyasa, utilising positions that create long lines of energy. Finding opportunities to deepen your current asanas like lunge, warriors, pigeons and discover new introductions to go deeper still into a wider range of flexibility and splits practice. Through core activation and body awareness, a new level of awareness can be achieved that allows the body to explore new territory and experience true lines of energy.
