Yoga Everyday is proudly running annual Teacher Training, led by senior teacher Stacey Craven and assisted by our studio founder Paula Maidens and supported by the Yoga Everyday teaching team. Our first program run in 2019 was a huge success with 11 proud graduates!
Teaching Yoga can be a life changing vocation. Is it your time? Maybe becoming a Yoga Teacher has been a passion for a long time, or perhaps you just want to go deeper into your yoga practice.
Our comprehensive training program is run over 8 inspiring weekends and completed in 4 months, creating an immersive experience, while allowing you enough space and time to integrate your learning into your life, and slowly, confidently build your yoga and teaching knowledge.
Your learning will feel gradual and natural as you participate in yoga workshops and learning masterclasses, focused on the transfer of knowledge through theory and practice.
Whether you know you want to embark on a teaching career, or just at the stage of wanting to learn more about yoga, this 250hr training will give you an in depth study of yoga asana, yoga history & philosophy, teaching skills and templates, knowledge to grow a yoga career and of course, you’ll learn a whole lot about yourself in the process.
With two teachers supporting you, you’ll be able to ask lots of questions as you learn and explore this ancient tradition, in a modern context.

With two teacher trainers, you’ll benefit from combined teaching experience, knowledge and teaching styles. This will help you develop your own voice and discover what feels authentic to you.
Stacey has been a student of Yoga for over 15 years and has been teaching since 2008. Stacey’s teaching draws on the tradition of Ashtanga with a heavy modern yoga influence. Her teaching style is creative, playful, physically challenging, but with a lightness of spirit. Stacey has lead 6 teacher trainings in both Brisbane and Mackay and has taught workshops on various topics internationally. She ran her own studio for 6 years and has been featured in Australia Yoga Journal.
Paula is the Owner of Yoga Everyday, and has been practising yoga for over 15 years and has been teaching since 2015. She is passionate about making yoga un-intimidating and accessible to everyone, so her teaching style focuses on getting the foundations right, while encouraging students to try new things and ‘have a go’, smile and laugh at themselves. Paula juggles owning & teaching at Yoga Everyday with her career as a Business Consultant.
