Teaching Yoga can be a life changing vocation. Is it your time? Maybe becoming a Yoga Teacher has been a passion for a long time, or perhaps you just want to go deeper into your yoga practice.
Our comprehensive training programs are run over 8 inspiring weekends and completed in 4 months, creating an immersive experience, while allowing you enough space and time to integrate your learning into your life, and slowly, confidently build your yoga and teaching knowledge.
Your learning will feel gradual and natural as you participate in yoga workshops and learning masterclasses, focused on the transfer of knowledge through theory and practice.
Whether you know you want to embark on a teaching career, or you are just at the stage of wanting to learn more about yoga, this 250hr training will give you an in depth study of yoga asana, yoga history & philosophy, teaching skills and templates, knowledge to grow a yoga career and of course, you’ll learn a whole lot about yourself in the process.
With two teachers supporting you, you’ll receive a variety of feedback, be able to ask lots of questions as you learn and explore this ancient tradition, in a modern context.

She ran her own studio for 6 years and has been featured in Australia Yoga Journal.
Paula – Assistant Trainer
