Stacey has been a student of Yoga for over 15 years and has been teaching since 2008. Stacey’s teaching draws on the tradition of Ashtanga with a heavy modern yoga influence. Her teaching style is creative, playful, physically challenging, but with a lightness of spirit. Stacey has lead 6 teacher trainings in both Brisbane and Mackay and has taught workshops on various topics internationally. She ran her own studio for 6 years and has been featured in Australia Yoga Journal.
Paula is the Owner of Yoga Everyday, and has been practising yoga for over 15 years and has been teaching since 2015.
