We'd love to see you!.

If you are brand new to Yoga, you might like to try a Beginner Yoga class, where we will go through the basics and take it slow. Everyone is welcome to come along to any class however, we'll make you feel welcome, regardless of your level.

You are welcome to book your pass online, or just turn up to 39 Hayward Street, Stafford and we'll sort out everything there!

It's that easy! Just come along!
