Chillax |Restorative Yoga & Meditation Specialty Class
Restorative Yoga is the ultimate form of self-care. In this special class, we’ll combine long holds in restorative positions with meditation – using our breath to guide our bodies to relax and let go of all the tension that we are holding, physically and mentally.

Come join Stacey in this 2-hour ‘Align & Refine’ Workshop, where you’ll take some time to explore key concepts of alignment and develop the tools to refine all of the common yoga postures from basic to more advanced asanas.
In this practical specialty class, Brendan will teach you about fascia and the role it plays within the body. You’ll then get to try out a variety of fascial release techniques specifically for relieving pain and tension in your back and hips
You will use tennis balls and other props to work into all of your tight spots, releasing the fascia to get your back and hips moving freely again.

Each class focuses on postures and imagery to balance emotions linked to specific traditional Chinese medicine meridians.
