It is the class you don’t realise you need until you’ve experienced it – the ultimate form of proactive self care. Too often we only slow down when we are forced to. When we are injured or something breaks either physically or mentally. This ‘Chillax Specialty Class’ will facilitate restoration, proactive healing and nourishment for your body and your mind.
