Intro to Pilates
Curious about Pilates? Wanted to know what the difference between Pilates and Yoga is?
Perhaps you are working on rebuilding your strength after children? Or maybe you just want to work on your core and toning?
**** FAMILY FRIENDLY YOGA CLASS!
This is a gentle Yoga Flow class for families wanting to practise Yoga together. Bring your kids along ages 5- 11 suitable and enjoy an afternoon of Yoga & Bonding together.
So this is like a Mums & Kids Class.. but it is suitable for Mums, Dads, Nannies, Carers etc. Friends and family are also welcome.
No Yoga Experience is Necessary!
